Company president, Marie, is constantly involved in your project to make 100% sure that your dream is coming true and all goes per plan. With her being the architect and contractor, there's less room for miscommunication and things tend to go smoother. That's not to say we don't work with other architects. If you already have a design, we're more than happy to help complete the process.

All drawings produced by NewLeaf are good old fashioned hand drawn homes. Yes, you read that right, no design software here. We've even had design meetings where it comes down to taking a large piece of paper and starting to sketch right then and there. Not only do we want you happy with the end result, we want you to enjoy the process.
